  1. The four-energies typing system is the only system that seems to integrate aspects of personality with body and mental characteristics. And it’s the only one that claims a hard-wired genetic basis. But I have to say that other personality typing systems have been of immense benefit to me. These include Yungian typing (e.g., MMPI), the Enneagram typing, and Luscher color testing. Moving on to body-metabolism testing, I have found that Revici’s anabolic-catabolic system, the macrobiotic acid-alkaline system, the fast-slow oxidizer system and the sympathetic-parasympathetic system to be useful. I have not found the blood-typing system to be of use, but others have. Other suggestions?
